DROID is a synthetic imaging engine in which artefacts are generated from deterministic mathematical systems, seeded once and archived as recorded computational events. It constructs works that exhibit behaviour we would typically associate with human creativity, using algorithms designed for autonomous creative tasks. The system operates as a creative collaborator, exploring the boundary between human intention and computational capability.
